I am just thinking about and praying for the team I serve with this morning. I love the team and what God is doing through us. I pray that each person on the team would strive to reach his or her potential this day. God can and will do great things through us when we have His vision and plan out in front of us and we run hard after it.
We have lots of things going on and I am jazzed about every single one of them. People are taking their next steps on their journey with Christ and we are getting to play a vital part in this! WOW!!! I thank God this day for the resources that He continues to give us to carry out His great plan... It is amazing!
I pray that the team always sees the greatness and potential we have out in front of us... What an opportunity. God has given each of us a vital role in this service... What can we do to change the world today?
May we keep dreaming, executing, and running hard after the vision that we are allowed to be a part of. I love being on this team!

I have been praying with our Father this mourning for the SLT to be skillful, and compelling teachers of his word, to be pumped up for serving Him, and to work with enthusiasm as though they are working for the Lord.
Listened to the "Potential Podcast" you did with Troy and other church leaders. Got some insight as to your approach on growth and how you got past stuck points. In addition really liked how you explained your introverted personality and how different your real personality is from your stage presence. Your wife, Kim had some wonderful things to say about you. Couldn't believe when I googled BCC, we had a whole page of sites! That was how I found out about the podcast. I am so excited to be a part of this creative, authentic, growing Body of Christ!
I am excited about being on the team at Barefoot. Engaging the culture with God's message of grace and truth is awesome. Gaining spiritual yardage on God's playing field takes a team. It isn't always easy and comes with its bumps and bruises, but I don't think the Giants were complaining about their aches and pains on Monday morning. Our Monday morning is coming! Let us not grow weary in well doing, knowing that our labor in the Lord is not in vain.
I am one of your biggest cheerleaders Pastor Clay! I pray that I reach my full potential for God's team everyday! Thank you for being a wonderful quarterback!
