Matthew 20:28 - For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many. 
This is not Traditional Thinking, but it is the Truth of being very Effective in Changing the World! 
Jesus’ Serving was His Platform for Influence and Leadership. It was going to the bottom to take people to the top… Jesus was not  just aimlessly serving to make people feel good, He  served with passion and purpose to help us discover that God wants to do amazing things through us. He gave His Life so we could find life. 
When we serve we are built in the process! Thank you Jesus for this amazing leadership lesson!
