Who is in Control?

It amazes me how so many try to figure out God's plan with human reasoning. God has called His people to live by faith. Maybe I should give a clear definition of what faith is: "Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see."

If you're wondering where that wisdom and definition came from check out all these people who understood the meaning of faith in an all powerful, all knowing, everywhere at one time God.

Every time God has asked me to do something big... the calculated Nay Sayers show up. They think God is only as big as their world. God is Awesome. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and He is totally in control. His back pocket is thick with the resources to reach the world and change lives. The question each of us should ask each day is... "Am I willing to go into uncharted waters where God shows up and He gets the glory?" Man, this is something I wish I could put inside of people... I can't... but I can pray to the One who can.

I believe some of our greatest accomplishments occur when we live by faith. It's easy for people to get in on something that they have to risk nothing. However, these people never... and I mean never... experience the spiritual high that God offers to those who live by faith.

The reason I write this is because God is getting ready to rock North Myrtle Beach SC and some are going to miss the ride because they are people of little faith. For all of you who are God chasers and those who believe... get ready... because He is getting ready to ramp it up in and through us.
