I am thinking about 2008. What an opportunity! I was talking with Christy, our Children's Director, yesterday. She reminded me that 2007 was a year of completion and 2008 is a year of new beginnings. That's potential!!!
I am thinking about our new series that we will be kicking off 2008 with... I can't wait! It has huge potential. Please join me in praying about our 2008 kick off series.
God has given us all potential. How do you use yours? Are you diligent? Do you ask the Great Giver of your potential to empower you, coach you, and keep your vision clear? Talking to God about our potential is so important. He reminds us to do our best.
Potential - Are you doing your best? Ponder on this word today. This is one of the values we have set to live by at Barefoot.
I believe God gives us all potential. He wants us to make a Kingdom difference. He wants us to help others discover who He is! That's what using our God given potential is all about. God is a God of love, a God of grace, a God who cares enough about people that He did something unbelievable for us! He sent His Son to planet earth so we could have a relationship with Him. Our Creator wants us to start understanding our potential. Do you understand yours? I am still learning.
