I love serving with a team! Yesterday, I was so encouraged to get this email from Mark, our Worship Experience Pastor.

In order to streamline our production in our graphics department I have set up a work schedule with Nick and he and I have discussed some ways to create “movement” that will help us reach our full “potential”. This “environment” we are creating is to help us as a “team” to work efficiently and handle your request with excellent and timely production. Please e-mail any printing or graphics request to me ASAP and I will reply by e-mail a turn around time for completion. If you have any questions please call me.

Now let me explain. Look at all the words he used in the quotation marks... These are our values at Barefoot Church and he incorporated them into this email. This shows where his mind, heart and communication is. He is living out the values of our church. I love it when the team is playing on the same sheet of music... It flat out rocks!
