I love this line... "Your greatest innovation is usually born out of your greatest limitation." That came from Steven Furtick's blog today.

Man, I think harder and deeper when I can see something, but don't have the resources to accomplish what I see. This drives me to think outside the box and invent other ways to do stuff.

Have you ever watched a kid invent something, so they could play something? Like, using an axe handle for a baseball bat. Or making a go cart out of scrap metal, a lawn mower engine, and some old tires. Or build a fort out of some old lumber in the back yard. These kids usually make great leaders because they are forced to think.

How about you, have you ever been forced to be innovative? I'd love to hear!
